At Readingtonbees, each item is made once an order is placed to help ensure freshness, quality, and care in every order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before your order ships. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Estimated total delivery time is typically 6–10 business days.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are final sale and cannot be returned. Final sale items will be marked as Final Sale on the product page, in your cart, or at checkout when applicable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care items cannot be returned. This may include lip balms, roll-ons, sprays, and similar products once opened or used.
We also cannot accept returns on gift cards, sale items, custom orders, or personalized items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
