Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Each item is made and packed after your order is placed to help ensure freshness, quality, and care.

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made, packed, and prepared for shipping.

Once your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Estimated total delivery time is typically 6–10 business days, including processing time and shipping time.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing, incorrect shipping information, or events outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Readingtonbees is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you to the extent permitted by applicable law.
